An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phplay reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player prior to any deduction.
Responsible Gambling Reminder: Only deposit amounts you can afford to lose. phplay does not offer credit facilities. Never deposit borrowed money or funds intended for essential expenses.
phplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. phplay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
phplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
Upon termination for breach, phplay may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. phplay will provide written notice of termination and the reasons therefor where legally required to do so.
You may close your phplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, phplay will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to: intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phplay, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact phplay's customer support team to initiate the dispute resolution process. phplay will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavor to provide a resolution within thirty (30) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising under these Terms.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official regulatory channels.
phplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phplay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the phplay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
