No. Each player is permitted only one phplay account. The minimum deposit on phplay is ₱100 PHP for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though daily deposit limits may apply depending on your responsible gaming settings. If you have set a deposit limit on your account, that limit will take precedence.

Withdrawal processing times on phplay depend on your chosen payment method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 1–3 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule
All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review before processing. Make sure your KYC verification is complete to avoid delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays on phplay include:
  • Incomplete KYC verification — your ID documents have not yet been approved

phplay offers a welcome bonus for new players upon making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically once your deposit is confirmed and your KYC verification is complete. Bonus amounts and percentages may vary depending on current promotions — check the phplay promotions page for the latest offer. All welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
